Voltcraft-products warranty terms and conditions (3 years)
1; New devices and components that are faulty due manufacturing and/or material faults are replaced free of charge by Conrad Electronic within 3 years from the purchase date as stated on the proof of purchase for a corresponding devices or are being repaired. Parts subject to wear and tear(e.g. batteries, lightbulbs, etc.) we maintain a warranty of 6 months from the purchase date as stated on the proof of purchase. If you want to claim warranty send the product with a detailed description of the fault and proof of purchase back to us. Independently, the statutory warranty terms and conditions remain unaffected.
2; The warranty is not valid if the fault is a result of improper use, incorrect installation and/or non-compliance with the user userguide / manual.
3; Data loss and consequential damages are excluded from this guarantee.
4; If the device due to economical or other reasons cannot be repaired or replaced than the client gets a full refund the purchase price as stated on the proof of the purchase. The determination of whether or not a product can be replaced or repaired due to economical or other reasons, is entirely at the discretion of Conrad Electronic. With the refund of purchase price, Conrad Benelux complies to the conditions as stated in the purchase agreement.
5; If the device is being repaired or replaced, the warranty period does not run again.
6; The proof of purchase with date of purchase is considered as proof of guarantee.
7; If Conrad in the context of warranty replaces the product or refund the purchase price, both parties come to the following agreement: On the given time that Conrad receives the product and the client receives the replacing product or refund, the ownership of the replaced/refunded product passes to Conrad Electronic and the newly replaced product to the client.
